Schedule Plan:

Sat. 10:30 to 11:20; 4 years old to 2nd grade

Sat. 1:15 to 2:30; Grades 6 to 12
Three sessions virtually online and one in person, or 4 sessions virtually online per month if the Covid pandemic so dictates.
The schedule runs from March 13, 2021 through June 12, 2021.

Tuition:
​
Interviews and auditions will be held via Skype, or Facetime, or normal cellphone video call.
​
When a registration fee is received, we will contact the student with the information given to listen to and interview the potential student and/or parents/guardians.
​
NON-REFUNDABLE REGISTRATION FEE to accompany application: $50.
​
Please pay the entire semester tuition as outlined after acceptance:

4 years old to 2nd grade: $150 per month (X 3 months = $450 (+ nonrefundable registration fee totals $490)
Grades 3 to 11 are each $200 per month (X 3 months = $600 (+ nonrefundable registration fee totals $610)

Lyric Opera Northwest Youth Choir is part of LONW, a Washington State 501(c)(3) nonprofit arts organization. This is our 16th season and we are enrolling talented young children Pre-K to Grade 12, interested in choral singing in numerous concerts around the Pacific Northwest, as well as auditioning for our productions of upcoming performances of the Broadway show “Oliver!” and operas “Hansel and Gretel,” and Mozart’s “Magic Flute,” with full orchestra planned for the Meydenbauer Theater and the Federal Way Performance Center next spring, Covid pandemic permitting.

Class structure will depend upon age, skills, the seriousness of intent, the enthusiasm for the art and their talent. Class times will be 50 minutes and 75 minutes depending upon the age of the choir.
​
It may occur that a child is found to be disinterested in the choir. After 2 weeks, an assessment will be taken as to the suitability of the student to the program. If at such time a decision is made for the student to discontinue the program, the balance of the tuition will be returned. THE REGISTRATION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.
